Constable Smilis, a young York Region police officer, was off duty and on Yonge Street with friends just after 1 a.m. on Jan. 12, 2008. On Thursday, he told a Superior Court jury how a sidewalk altercation, between bouncers from the Brass Rail strip club and two young men they’d just ejected, ended in a shooting that killed Mr. O’Keefe, an innocent man walking up the street.

As Constable Smilis crossed Yonge Street, intending to call 911 on his cellphone, he looked back to mentally record the appearance of Mr. Paredes and Mr. Zekarias, still walking south away from the strip club. “That’s when I saw a bouncer exit the Brass Rail,” the officer told court. “He had a silver object in his hand and he kind of raised it up.”

… The whole movie does fall apart if you don’t get it right and I sort of just ended up saying that to Woody. I told everybody in the movie: despite the given circumstances of this movie (their characters) are completely real. Let’s not go chasing laughs. if we get a laugh, great and if we don’t so be it, we’re not trying to be funny here,” Stebbings says recently by phone from L.A., where he’s auditioning for TV roles during pilot season.
“I always felt that if we took his mental health issues seriously and didn’t kind of look at them through the eyes of a bleeding heart kind of thing but actually look at them through his eyes, you know, that we would be OK.”

Stebbings, 38, started acting at the age of 12 (he appeared in CTV’s Flashpoint and Would Be Kings) before branching out into screenwriting. He wrote the script more than four years ago for the film, a sweet story of a superhero dressed in a black toque with a duct tape D on his chest, who combs the city streets at night in search of his arch-enemy, Captain Industry. In his attempts to combat crime, Arthur ends up stumbling into an actual crime ring and befriends a young crack-addict prostitute, Kat (Kat Dennings).

… Buffalo, N.Y., television meteorologist Mike Cejka was arrested in December after a brief police chase and charged with trespassing after he was spotted at 4 a.m. tinkering with the covering of a motorcycle in a stranger’s yard. Cejka told police he was on his way to work at the station and had merely stopped to admire the motorcycle he had remembered seeing in that yard over the summer. He was wearing a dress shirt and shoes and leather chaps topped by a pair of sweat shorts.

• A 27-year-old man was arrested for trespassing in January in Seattle’s Lusty Lady peep-show arcade, whose layout is a strippers‘ dance stage surrounded by private viewing stalls for customers. According to police, the man climbed from his stall, through a ceiling panel, and navigated the overhead crawl space, which only allowed him to peep at the strippers from a different angle.

Incidentally is when one gets the virus through prostitution or by sleeping with anyone at anytime without using protection while accidentally is when one gets it by being raped, through mother- to-child transmission, and this one can also be called unintentionally.
History has it that leprosy had no cure for generations and generations. It took a good number of heads put together to come up with a cure for leprosy because they saw how people suffered. It will as well take a good number of heads put together to fight and conquer AIDS.

Therefore, a chain of innocent souls could be saved if those who want to spread the virus like a bushfire through child defilement or prostitution are formatively disciplined. Let’s work together to fight this virus and see our country develop by the year 2015. After all, it’s one Zambia, One Nation. By acting together, we can win!
