Police seek help after sex worker attacked

Toronto Police are asking the public’s help following the reporting stabbing and sexual assault of a sex worker in the east end.
On Tuesday, sometime between 1 a.m. and 2 a.m., the worker met a man in the area of Queen Street East and Curzon Street, police said Wednesday in a news release.
“They walked to a nearby gas station. The man then stabbed the woman in the head and sexually assaulted her,” it said.
“The suspect is described as white, 40s, 5′6″, skinny build, clean-shaven with light hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and black pants.”
